10 is the highest rating, but I would have given 11! Good combination of nice room, good price, situated in a nice/interesting area, and very friendly staff, keeping their price to this overall service and standard makes it a super choice. I would never think of another place to stay if I returned to Batam, which was a very nice experience for me bide away.

The staff was accommodating and get us taxi because we don't have grab app. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. And When my friend left his drone at our room, he was able to get it back.

Within walking distance to Mega Mall & One Batam Mall & Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. Short taxi/maxim/gojek ride to the Welcome To Batam sign. Room was large and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful !
